CHURCHES WE PRAYED FOR

Every week during our gatherings we intentionally pray for a number of churches at Grace City, in our city, in our region, and in our world. This last week we prayed for:

  • Grace City Church of Wissinoming along with the church plants we hope to see in Frankford & Fox Chase.
  • Cornerstone Community Church in Kensington.
  • Crossway Church in Lancaster County, PA. They are one of our partner churches in our region with Sovereign Grace.
  • Sovereign Grace Church in Sydney, Australia. They are one of the international partners we have in Sovereign Grace.

As you read, stop and pray for the spread of the gospel in these churches and their cities.

STORK BUS VISI

On March 20 from 5-7 pm we have the privilege of having a Stork Bus at our Ashton Road building. The bus is making several stops in the Philadelphia area. We’ll have ice cream for all and some games for the kids, while we all check out this amazing life-saving and life promoting vehicle. There is no program planned, so please drop in when you can.

PRAYER FOR LIFE

On March 18th we will pray for 8 hours outside of the Planned Parenthood abortion facility on Comly Rd. Together we will ask our Father in heaven to right wrongs and to establish his kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Please visit this website for additional details and to sign up for an hour.

EASTER @ GRACE CITY

We are very excited as we get ready for our upcoming Good Friday Remembrance and Easter Gatherings. On Good Friday, March 25, we will gather at 7:00 PM to remember Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf. We will then get together on Sunday morning March 27 at our normal gathering times to celebrate his glorious resurrection. We will have invite cards available at the Information & Resource table which you can use to let your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers know about our gatherings this Easter season. We’ve also got prayer bookmarks at our Information & Resource table that will help remind you who you are praying for.

STORK BUS BOTTLE DRIVE UPDATE

Thank you for your generous support with the AlphaCare baby bottle drive to raise money for a Stork Bus in Philadelphia. Between the efforts of Grace City in Wissinoming and Grace City of the Northeast, we’ve collectively raised a little more than $3,000. Thank you again for your help and generosity.
