Grace Happenings

FOUNDATIONS-annc-GCGrace City Foundations is a series of courses designed to ground the church family in our core values. At Grace City, we are reformed, gospel-centered, continuationist, complementarian, and missional. We desire to live according to God’s design as a community on mission with the good news about Jesus in the power of the Holy Spirit, trusting God to save his people from sin for his fame and the renewal of our city. Our second course, which started this past Sunday night and will continue over the next three Sundays at 6:30pm at the Ashton Rd. building, is covering what we mean we say we are gospel-centered at Grace City.

Childrens Workers MeetingAll people who serve in either of the nurseries or in the Grace4Kids classes, during VBS, or are on the hallway security team are asked to attend a meeting on either Sunday February 22nd or March 1st concerning updated mandates by the state of Pennsylvania regarding those who volunteer in areas where children are present. Please plan on sticking around right after one of these Sunday Gatherings to hear from Brad Steiner, Grace City’s Pastor for Children’s Ministry.

We are looking forward to our annual Vision Sunday this Sunday, January 25th, as well as our next Family Meeting which will take place Sunday night at 6:30pm at the Ashton Rd. building. Both our Sunday gathering and the Family Meeting will be opportunities for the pastoral team to give updates on what God has been doing in our midst and communicating vision for the future. The meeting will also have a 2014 year end financial report. Sunday night’s meeting is especially for members, but anyone who is connected to the Northeast congregation is welcome to attend.
