  • Bethany Christian Services 
  • King of Grace Church in Haverhill, MA. They are one of our partner churches in our region with Sovereign Grace.
  • Grace Church in Bristol, England. They are one of the international partners we have in Sovereign Grace.

MEN’S COOKOUT

Join the men of Grace City Church on May 14 at the Ashton Road building for our annual men’s cookout. We’ll have a time of prayer, excellent food, and a crazy game of whiffle ball (among other games). This is a great even to invite a coworker or a neighbor who isn’t connected to a church.

LADIES NIGHT OF WORSHIP

Join the ladies of Grace City Collective on May 24 at the Ashton Road building for their annual Night of Worship. The gathering starts at 7:00 PM and there is no need to sign-up. Please invite a friend, neighbor, or co-worker as well as a finger-food dessert to share.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

This year at Grace City Church of the Northeast we will be having a TIME TRAVEL THEMED Vacation Bible School! Each day the kids will meet a crazy cast of characters and learn that GOD COMES THROUGH just when we need Him to—RIGHT ON TIME.

Save the dates of July 11-15, so your kids can enjoy the GAMES, SNACKS, COSTUMES AND COMPETITIONS. Oh, and spread the word, so all your children’s friends can join the journey through time!

MEALS ON WHEELS

For those in the Youth Group that are 10 years and older, the annual “Meals on Wheels” event will take place on April 23. Meet at the church at 5:30 pm and bring $3. Questions? Connect with Jesse or Natalie Trach.

PRAYER, PRAISE & PROPHECY

The next Grace City Collective event will take place the evening of April 24 at 6 pm. This event will be a night of prayer, praise, and prophecy, which is taking place at Grace City Church of Wissinoming (corner of Walker & Benner St).

STORK BUS VISI

On March 20 from 5-7 pm we have the privilege of having a Stork Bus at our Ashton Road building. The bus is making several stops in the Philadelphia area. We’ll have ice cream for all and some games for the kids, while we all check out this amazing life-saving and life promoting vehicle. There is no program planned, so please drop in when you can.

On March 18th we will pray for 8 hours outside of the Planned Parenthood abortion facility on Comly Rd. Together we will ask our Father in heaven to right wrongs and to establish his kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. Please visit this website for additional details and to sign up for an hour.

We are very excited as we get ready for our upcoming Good Friday Remembrance and Easter Gatherings. On Good Friday, March 25, we will gather at 7:00 PM to remember Jesus’ sacrifice on our behalf. We will then get together on Sunday morning March 27 at our normal gathering times to celebrate his glorious resurrection. We will have invite cards available at the Information & Resource table which you can use to let your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers know about our gatherings this Easter season. We’ve also got prayer bookmarks at our Information & Resource table that will help remind you who you are praying for.

STORK BUS BOTTLE DRIVE UPDATE

Thank you for your generous support with the AlphaCare baby bottle drive to raise money for a Stork Bus in Philadelphia. Between the efforts of Grace City in Wissinoming and Grace City of the Northeast, we’ve collectively raised a little more than $3,000. Thank you again for your help and generosity.

ALPHACARE BOTTLE DRIVE

The congregations of Grace City Church are partnering together with AlphaCare Pregnancy Centers to help raise money to obtain a Save the Storks Bus for Philadelphia.

A Save the Storks Bus is essentially a mobile pregnancy center where women who are planning on aborting their child are able to receive a free sonogram and counsel to let them know of the many options and resources that are available other than abortion.

If you grabbed a bottle, please bring it back this Sunday, February 14th with change, dollar bills, or a check to help us bring a Storks Bus to Philly.

GRACE4KIDS WORKERS WANTED

When our Sunday gatherings came back to our building at Ashton Rd. in November, our children’s nurseries and classes needed twice as many volunteers as when we were meeting at Lincoln HS. This has brought about a need for more people to serve our children by taking care of them in the nurseries and teaching in our Grace4Kids classes. If you have a desire to serve in one of these areas, please begin the application process by visiting ne.gracecityphilly.com/serve. Once you have filled out an application, you will be contacted with the next steps in the process.

Vision Sunday is an annual opportunity for the congregation to hear how the Holy Spirit is leading our pastors to inspire and lead us as a congregation in eagerly following the Lord in faithful & fruitful mission in the upcoming year.

ALPHACARE BOTTLE DRIVE

The congregations of Grace City Church are partnering together with AlphaCare Pregnancy Centers to help raise money to obtain a Save the Storks Bus for Philadelphia.
