GRACE4KIDS WORKERS WANTED

When our Sunday gatherings came back to our building at Ashton Rd. in November, our children’s nurseries and classes needed twice as many volunteers as when we were meeting at Lincoln HS. This has brought about a need for more people to serve our children by taking care of them in the nurseries and teaching in our Grace4Kids classes. If you have a desire to serve in one of these areas, please begin the application process by visiting ne.gracecityphilly.com/serve. Once you have filled out an application, you will be contacted with the next steps in the process.

OFFER HOPE AT PLANNED PARENTHOOD

We will meet publicly and visibly on Saturday, January 23 at 9 am to pray that God would end the systematic killing of unborn babies; we will plead with mothers and fathers to change the plans of their hearts and choose life for their child; we will protest and bring attention to the atrocities that are taking place in our neighborhood; we will proclaim the love of our Father who chose life for us and offer the hope, forgiveness, healing, and grace that is found in Jesus.

end-of-year-askAs we look at wrapping up another year, we want to ask you to consider what an end-of-year financial gift to Grace City could look like and how it would help. In 2015, Grace City Church launched what we call the S.O.W. fund (Send, Orphans, Widows); a fund that we are using to help send out church planting teams, advocate for orphans, and care for widows. If you are thinking about giving an end-of-year gift this year, we believe that a gift to the S.O.W. fund would be helpful in spreading the fame of God and helping to care for the harassed and helpless in our city.

To make an end-of-year gift, go to https://gracecityphilly.com/giving. You will find directions on how you can give online using a debit or credit card as well as directions on how you can mail a check. Remember, all end-year-gifts must be postmarked by December 31st.
